About Kevin

Kevin is a businessman and leader who has travelled to 22 countries on 5 continents. As a business and community leader, Kevin has observed and applied leadership principles across uniquely different cultures and demographics while engaging with business, government, religious and student organizations throughout the world.

Kevin owns and operates a leadership consulting business which focuses on developing leaders for the future. Kevin leverages his vast leadership experience to conduct keynote speeches and workshops which focus on critical leadership skills and behaviors. Kevin is also currently the general manager for BP’s 2 million sq ft property portfolio in the Chicago Area. He leads a team of 250 people to deliver safe, reliable and cost efficient operations. His organization also provides design, construction, safety, medical and other business services to 3000 employees in Chicago.

Kevin has domestic and international business leadership and operations experience in the U.S., Japan, China, Africa, S. America and various parts of Europe. His previous leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of strategy, planning and performance for a $15 billion BP fuels business, General Manager for a $100 million international BP chemical business in addition to other international and domestic sales, engineering and operational roles.

Kevin is a director for the Heritage Society which is a historical museum and also serves on the board of trustee associates for North Central College. In addition, Kevin was chairman of the board for the Naperville Chamber of Commerce, the second largest chamber in Illinois.

With respect to education, Kevin earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management in Evanston, IL as well as an MS degree in mechanical engineering from Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA and a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Howard University in Washington D.C.

Kevin and Etiennette have been happily married for 15 years and together they have four children. Kevin remains an active assistant scout master for the boy scouts, coaches junior high school basketball and also serves as a Sunday school teacher for his church. More importantly, he’s known as “tickle man” around the house.
